A.S. King (you can call her Amy) has recently returned to the U.S. after a decade in Ireland. Her novel Please Ignore Vera Dietz (Knopf 2010) has enjoyed wide critical acclaim and is a Junior Library Guild selection, an Indie Next pick, and was named one of Kirkus Reviews Best Children's Books and Young Adult Books of 2010. Her debut, The Dust of 100 Dogs, was an Indie Next pick, a Cybils finalist, and a YALSA Best Book for Young Adults. Her next novel, Everybody Sees the Ants, is coming in Fall 2011. She lives in rural Pennsylvania with her family and eats far too much corn on the cob. You can find her online at www.as-king.com
